Carl Moorhouse murder trial enters fourth day

Nine people stand accused of murder after Carl Moorhouse was stabbed in May 2020.

The fourth day of the trial saw the prosecution continue to present its case against the nine defendants.

The nine defendants on trial at Loughborough Magistrates' Court are as follows:

Emma Bennett, 35, of Wyken Court, Coventry

Javarnty Scott, 23, of Osborne Road, Birmingham

Tau Randall, 35, of St Peters Road, Birmingham

Jamani Cunningham, 25, of Copthall Road, Birmingham

Adam Padley, 27, of Mellis Grove, Birmingham

Reuben Nall, 27, of Rookery Road, Birmingham

Terry Nall, 31, of Regents Road, Birmingham

Darnelle Sappleton, 23, of Farm Street, Birmingham

Callum Huburn, 30, of Park Road, Birmingham

All defendants deny a charge of murder and conspiracy to commit GBH.

The fourth day of the trial saw fresh evidence presented against the defendants.
