Are we Diverse Enough?

The ‘All In’ Census has started today. Originally having taken place over lockdown in March 2021, over 16,000 people completed the survey.

The survey is part of the “All in Action” Plan, created by the Advertising Association, IPA, ISBA and Kantar. It sets out three individual areas in which the advertising and marketing industry can achieve greater inclusivity.

“It’s important as many people as possible in our industry complete the ‘All In’ Census so everyone’s voice can be heard, and everyone is contributing to change. The data will provide vital information to help us celebrate, support, nurture and grow the diversity of our business. “ - IPA
